2013年倫敦海事仲裁（大連）2013年研討會定于2013年10月21-23日在遼寧省大連市舉辦。本次研討會由倫敦海事仲裁委員會與大連海事大學合辦，由大連海事大學法學院承辦?，F將有關事項通知如下：
一、會議主題和主講嘉賓
本次會議主題是“倫敦海事仲裁理論與實踐”。
會議特邀中外主講嘉賓就倫敦海事仲裁規則及實踐問題進行交流和溝通。
倫敦海事仲裁委員會主席Christopher Fyans先生、倫敦海事仲裁委員會秘書長Ian Gaunt先生，倫敦海事仲裁委員會全職仲裁員David-Martin Clark先生、倫敦海事仲裁委員會委員Clive Aston 將蒞臨本次研討會，就倫敦海事仲裁委員會、仲裁規則以及期租合同、造船合同糾紛等時事熱點問題及典型案例進行介紹和評論。此外我們還邀請參與過倫敦仲裁實務的具有豐富經驗的中國著名專家、學者及律師與會分享他們的寶貴經驗和建議。
會議參加人員來自船公司、承租人、造船廠、保險公司、海事律師、其他航運從業人員、高等院校、科研機構等。

Brainstorm from LMAA -DMU
This seminar is held by LMAA and Dalian Maritime University. The topic of this seminar is The Theory and Practice of Maritime Arbitration in London. The conference will be introduced by Christopher Fyans(President of the LMAA), and also feature presentations from Clive Aston (LMAA Committee member), David-Martin Clark(LMAA fullmember),Ian Gaunt (Hon. Sec of the LMAA), followed by open discussion about LMAA, Arbitration rules, Time Charterparty, Ship building contract and other relevant issues. Besides, the experienced experts and lawyers who have participated in London arbitration before will share the experience with the attendees.
